I bought a Meditub SPM3060WCA and it started leaking right away. I have tried for 2 months to get help but nothing. I was told two weeks ago they would call but no call yet. It costs a lot of money and no service not a good deal.

My wife has had a stroke and bathing has become a real problem. I want to replace a 30x60 tub with a slide in tub with all the bells and extras. I own my own home and and I am the builder. I would like the price of a good tub delivered to my house with a good warranty. thank you Larry

Save yourself money and frustration by not doing business with SpaWorld/Meditu b. Promises are not
kept, calls are not returned, reimbursements promised never happen and warranties are not honored.

Customer service is nonexistant with this company.

I purchased a walk-in tub from SpaWorld/Meditu b in July of 2007. It was defective upon arrival although I didn't realize that at the time. Everything looked fine but upon installation, the problems started. There were leaks in the piping, the jets, and the pump. The diverter had to be replaced. It took us 6 months to get it working properly and stop the leaks, all at my expense.

Throughout this time, I was in continual contact with the company but to no avail. As referenced
above, promises were not kept, calls were not returned and the reimbursement promised never

Finally I took care of things myself and moved on.

As time went on, though, I realized I had to do something about the tub door which was extremely hard to close, especially for the 83 year old woman for whom the tub was purchased.

After contacting SpaWorld/Meditu b, I got the same run-around for three months. Replying to their final query as to what they could do for me, I answered that I expected the warranty to be honored and the defective workmanship (The door is improperly placed according to repairmen.) repaired. At that point, all communication ceased.

Purchased a Meditub back about 6 months ago and it's made it a heck of a lot easier to bathe my handicapped son.

I'm a single Father of a 16yr old mentally challenged son (Josh). Before we got our Meditub installed, it was always a fight trying to get him to take a bath. I was lucky to get him in the bath twice weekly before the new tub. He's wheelchair bound and not the easiest to maneuver.

Wish this site had a way to upload photos, he's happy as can be in his new tub. To him, it's his new space ship! Just had to share my thoughts, best of luck to everyone in your decision making process!

Glad we didn't buy a Meditub Walk in Tub We weren't impressed with the individual that we spoke to, at all! After reviewing many of the tubs online (before finding this site), it looked like Meditub would be a good fit. Didn't know that they weren't made in the United States as their advertising is very misleading. Just seemed a little shade and did not answer the specific questions we were asking. I guess the search continues.
